While we do our best to inspect and test all items for functionality, we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@logicfarmers.com. Once an order is canceled within this window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours have passed since the purchase. If you decide not to proceed with the order after this period, you will need to refer to our refund policy below.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the digital media and services we provide, which can be easily duplicated or distributed, returns and refunds are limited.

  • Refunds are offered instead of returns in most cases.
  • If your game is defective or not working as expected, please contact us at support@logicfarmers.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide assistance, including troubleshooting or, if necessary, offering a refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the product is confirmed defective.

Refunds will not be issued for issues related to:

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect gameplay.
  • Incompatibility with modified consoles or third-party hardware.
  • Issues caused by mishandling or improper use after receiving the product.

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind: If you simply change your mind after purchase (unless within 24 hours).
  • Customer damage: If the item is damaged due to improper use or mishandling after it has been delivered.
  • Incompatibility with customer-owned equipment: If a game is not compatible with the customer's specific hardware or modifications.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us: Email our support team at support@logicfarmers.com with details of the issue within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide proof of defect: You may be asked to provide photos or videos to demonstrate the issue.
  • Refund approval: Once we assess the issue, we will inform you if a refund is possible and issue it accordingly..

Shipping Costs

  • If a refund is approved, the original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • For defective items, LogicFarmers will cover the cost of return shipping (if applicable).
