About Our Products

LogicFarmers specializes in second-hand (pre-owned) and refurbished gaming products.
We put great effort into inspecting and restoring our items to offer the best possible quality:

  • Resurfacing: Discs are professionally resurfaced to repair scratches and improve readability.
  • Integrity Validation: Most of our games are verified using our RetroCheck system, which tests file integrity to detect data corruption.
  • Console Testing: Each game is tested on a real console to ensure it boots and plays properly before being listed for sale.

Despite these efforts, please understand that due to the nature of second-hand goods, some discs may still have cosmetic wear or minor imperfections that do not affect gameplay.

Condition Disclaimer

  • Our games are tested for functionality, not for 100% cosmetic perfection.
  • Original packaging, manuals, or bonus materials may not be included unless otherwise stated.
  • As games and consoles age, compatibility issues may occasionally occur depending on your specific hardware, modifications, or regional settings.
  • LogicFarmers cannot guarantee full compatibility with modified consoles or third-party hardware.

Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their console is compatible with the region and format of the game before purchase.
  • Please ensure your console’s laser, drive, and other hardware components are in good working condition. Some issues may be caused by aging consoles rather than the disc itself.

Return and Support Policy

  • If you encounter an issue with a game, please contact us at support@logicfarmers.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • We are happy to work with you and will first attempt to assist with troubleshooting.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved and the game is confirmed defective, we offer a refund as per our Return Policy.
  • Returns are not accepted for incompatibility issues related to modified consoles or hardware malfunctions not caused by the disc itself.

Limitation of Liability

LogicFarmers is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper handling or usage after delivery.
  • Issues resulting from third-party modifications, accessories, or hardware.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs for international orders.

We do our best to ensure you receive a playable, quality product, but purchasing second-hand items always carries an element of risk. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this.
