Darksiders

Darksiders is an action-adventure game developed by Vigil Games and released for the PlayStation 3 on January 5, 2010. The game follows War, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, who is falsely accused of triggering the end of the world and sets out on a brutal quest for vengeance and redemption. Set in a post-apocalyptic Earth ravaged by the conflict between Heaven and Hell, Darksiders combines intense hack-and-slash combat with exploration, puzzle-solving, and platforming reminiscent of classic Zelda-style gameplay. War wields his massive sword, Chaoseater, and gains new abilities and weapons as he battles angels, demons, and monstrous creatures.
