Delta Force: Black Hawk Down

Delta Force: Black Hawk Down, developed by Climax Group and published by NovaLogic, is a first-person shooter released for the PlayStation 2 on March 23, 2005 in North America. Inspired by real-life events during the U.S. military operations in Somalia in the early 1990s, the game puts players in the role of an elite Delta Force soldier tasked with dangerous missions against Somali militia forces. Featuring urban combat, vehicle sequences, and squad-based gameplay, it aimed to recreate the intensity of modern warfare. The PS2 version included both a single-player campaign and online multiplayer support, allowing up to 32 players in large-scale battles. Black Hawk Down stood out as one of the more realistic military shooters available on the PlayStation 2.
