Jak II: Renegade

Jak II: Renegade, developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment, is an action-adventure platform game released for the PlayStation 2 on October 14, 2003 in North America. Serving as the darker and more mature sequel to Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, the game follows Jak and his sidekick Daxter as they are transported into the dystopian Haven City. After being subjected to Dark Eco experiments, Jak gains powerful new abilities and sets out on a quest for revenge while joining the underground resistance against the tyrannical Baron Praxis. Blending platforming, shooting, driving and open-world exploration, Jak II: Renegade expanded the series’ scope and tone, becoming one of the most ambitious and memorable titles on the PS2.
