How long does it take to ship my order?

Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We always do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination country, so we cannot provide an exact guarantee. However, international shipments typically take between 20-35 days depending on your location, as we are based in Israel. Within Israel, shipments usually arrive within 7-14 days.

Who is the carrier?

Our primary shipping carrier is Israel Post. You will receive detailed shipping information and a tracking number once your order is shipped. In some cases, the carrier may vary depending on your location to ensure most reliable delivery.

Is the package protected?

Yes! We take great care to protect your items during delivery. Each product is sealed in a plastic sleeve, wrapped in three layers of bubble wrap, and placed inside a secure envelope to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

The item hasn’t arrived?

If your delivery time has passed, please contact our support team and we’ll look into it for you. If the package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, you will receive a full refund for your order.

Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you no longer want the item after it arrives, please contact our support team. We’ll review your case and may offer a refund or request a return, as long as the item is unused and in good condition. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
